Love the store itself. I’ve always seen it clean and it always has great finds mostly at great prices. The staff, however, isn’t always the nicest. I didn’t think much of not being greeted when I stopped by yesterday, but to be ignored when I speak to an employee was annoying. Then the person who rung me up was a bit condescending and judgmental of the things I bought. It certainly isn’t always like this, but I was pretty disappointed after that experience yesterday.

Good prices, but can't be sure you will find what your looking for. Staff can range from friendly to enthusiastic or even barley civil. It's a good place to check for random good buys. One big positive is it's the best place to buy quality shoes in town for affordable prices.

Probably not there fault with all the "supply chain" issues but the store was pretty empty. Not like other ROSS stores I have been to.
