I have rented apartments previously and never did I have annual rent increases. The increases have been tolerable but just received the yearly mail with an increase of $119 talking my rent to $560 starting in Feb 2022 and as usual there is no details on how the addition revenue will be used to make any improvements to our community. This is an extreme hardship on people with fixed incomes! Seems as though they forget that in addition to the land many have payments on the manufactured homes they live in as well as electricity and ongoing maintenance costs. The cost benefit on this arrangement is imbalanced and becoming less attractive an option year after year.

Nice park, but since I have lived here they have raised my lot rent $20.00 twice a year. Once in October and again in February. They warn us about the February raise, but not a word about the October raise.

Quiet and clean park. Really outside of the norm for mobile home parks. I have two family members with homes here and they have had nothing but wonderful experiences living here, both for a decade or more.

Robinson Mobile Home Court is an owner occupied, land lease community. As such we do not offer rentals of homes.
There is a broken water main. It is currently being worked on. Water should be back up soon

Dogs may not exceed 18 inches in height at the shoulder and 25 pounds in weight. Cats must be kept indoors." Hello Chawna! Thank you for question. If the helping parents will not be residing in the home with you and your partner, they will not be required to be on the lease. Please note that we do require completed and approved resident applications (available at the office or I can email it) before purchasing a home. If you and your partner have not yet submitted completed applications for processing, please reach out so we can get that going. Thank you!
