Not really my cup of tea to think about walking by 2 dumpsters and 2 grease pits to enter the venue. The inside looked nice though....

There is the Mariott and Holiday Inn, both 4 star ratings. There are several others as it is downtown Kansas City but those are the 2 that I remember right off the top of my head.

is there a minimum/maximum of people and if so how many and all inclusive including decorations, cake, etc.?

Good morning Darla! There is no minimum for guests. The Crossroads venue holds 50 guests max and the venue in Liberty holds 70 guests max. All our packages include the fully decorated venue.
