Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Medium size flower bouquet almost dead, just needed flowers for my mom, WAS $55 FOR NOT EVEN A FULL BOUQUET THIS WAS A LITERAL ROBBERY. ABSOLUTE RIPOFF I could buy a bouquet way better than this store has to offer at target or a lady on the street for a quarter of the price. After I bought it, not even 5 minutes after I tried to return it and she said no. I literally just bought it why wouldn't you take it back nothing was wrong with it. Horrible horrible ugly store with most of the flowers already dying. Do yourself a favor and go to a place with better service, these people were lazy, and way more affordable flowers.

I visited this location on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 to get my mom some flowers for National Women’s History Month. Dora, the florist on duty, was extremely helpful and attentive. She helped me craft a unique bouquet for my mother and took the time and care to help me pick flowers within my budget. I so appreciate Dora’s expertise and attention to detail. She made sure the appearance of the flowers was exceptional, and wrapped the bouquet in a beautiful bow. I would absolutely recommend this flower shop on the sole basis of Dora’s exceptional customer service! Thanks so much, Dora!

A very special thank you to the owner and especially Dora who made sure I came back in so that she could take care of me and my girlfriend this Christmas. I had an issue with a purchase I made and was honestly not satisfied. The owner and employees got in contact with me and did their best to try and fix it. I’m used to most places dismissing anyone’s issues, But I felt like they really did care and in a way killed me with kindness. The flower arrangement was very beautiful, and they made it especially for me as a thank you for giving them another shot. I don’t know if any place has ever gone that far. I can say that the people that work here are very nice and will do their best to make sure you’re happy with what you purchase. At the very least they will fix a mistake that they feel they may have made, and at the most they will help you celebrate a special occasion of holiday with a wonderful handmade gift of flowers. In all, I recommend coming here to find the flowers you need. They put the love in care in their arrangements and this last experience showed me that some businesses still care about sending you home with something that will make you smile, and will give you a quality product.
