My mom was gifted flower by my brother but we are disappointed with the quality of the flowers. The first bouquet she got the flowers died the following day. My brother went to get her a second bouquet (a replacement) and they are just ugly. They are withered. Why would they give a replacement with cheap flowers that are almost dead. The roses are ridiculous. Very disappointed. I will go to Long Beach flowers from now on.

Ordered a seemingly beautiful display of 2 orchids and succulents to celebrate my dentist’s new office in Temple City. It was delivered on time and placed prominently in the front reception area. I was very pleased ONLY to find out later from the dentist that the plant was overrun by insects coming from the soil - probably mites - and they had to throw it in the trash! I called to complain but was met with silence from the owners. The person who answered the phone tried to be understanding and failed horribly. Buyer beware!

So dissapointed. The flowers I received only 2 days ago are already dying. Not enough water, very small vase, the flowers are a mess.
