My husband and I absolutely LOVE this YMCA. All the staff here are simply amazing. Extremely friendly and welcoming. We love the baby swim lessons, the different types of group workouts and workout equipment. We recommend this spot to everyone :) Thanks Sarah for all you do!

Was so delighted to meet Sarah and Sam at the Los Altos Y today. Had some tricky membership details to work out and they couldn't have been more patient, knowledgeable, welcoming and charming. They made us feel right at home, were extremely encouraging ... really went the extra mile to make some suggestions that really helped us out. Can't speak highly enough of their customer service. We already loved the facility but these two cinched the deal. Truly exceptional and sincere people.
