My mom has had her wallet stolen last Friday, 6/24/22. This is the 2nd time that it's happened here. Last incident was in December 2021. Same m.o., 2 people, 1 to distract you with questions and one that steals what's in your purse. She went to their customer service for help and the person told her sorry, nothing we can do. More like, we don't want to do anything because we don't care and it's not our problem. So, I am posting this for other customers to have the knowledge and be on alert, especially if you are a senior citizen, woman, etc. Be very careful at this location if you shop alone. Be safe.

For someone who buys mostly organic produce, STAY AWAY! Out of the 12 or so things I bought last week, almost half were post the sell and use by date. Expired!! Nasty. The fruit selection is the worst I’ve ever seen in any Ralph’s. Poor customer service. Just avoid this location in general.
