Our family moved in in Jan' 2019. Since or move in date we have had nothing but good things to say of Jeff, Micheal and the rest of the staff. If something needs repair it is done in a timely fashion. We are very pleased and extremely happy with our new home.....

Unfortunately Google maps reviews have no power over intersection stop signs. I suggest you speak to the city of Ione asap!

What about the Train tracks? Is it real noisy???

No they haven't had a train come through in years. I think they don't use these track at all.
