i had my application sit on a processing agents desk for 7 months. i emailed this gentleman several times but he never responded. i had to call his supervisor directly to get anything accomplished. She ended up being just as ineffective. I had to call the governors office just to get them to open up an account to have my trash picked up.

Not sure why the governor changed the policy from assistance for 18 months to now only helping poor citizens 1 time after the 9th of August, the program is great, the governor picking on the poor is not, more people should get involved and complain about the change, people depend on this program that are poor and struggling

That would most likely need to be handled through the credit bureaus, there's 3 of them. You might be better off to setup a meeting with a financial councilor directly to discuss your options.
