This is a retirement community with a very nice club house, sidewalks, underground utilities. Most people I have encountered here have been friendly. Their are a couple of community gardens. Buyer beware the HOA fees are apparently a small fortune according to some home owners.

Contact office but i haven't seen any Ranch style homes in there however the homes are spacious and beautiful and a very friendly community
Not a senior care home. there is a wonderful place called The Hamptons by the Hamptons golf corse off 400. My parents stayed there. . Really great check it out
