I have been a tenant with The Mor Group for seven years now! I can truly say, I have never rented from a property management company that handles their tenants with such care, kindness and quickness! From Cassie, Tanya, Jhared, & Adrian! They all do a wonderful job. Maintenance is always super quick whenever something needs a repair too which is a big bonus when you're A.C. goes out in the middle of summer! Highly recommend The Mor group to anyone!

Unresponsive to phone calls and they just redirect you to someone else who also doesn’t respond. Also requires every applicant to have above 650 of a credit score which most young adults do not have. At that point, those people are just buying their own houses, not renting. The house we looked at was so beautiful and within our price range and we were wondering what the catch was since it had been listed for months. Come to find out it’s the credit requirement. Shame since we knew we could very well afford it and met the other requirements but fell just below the credit requirement. They’ll probably respond to this in a passive aggressive manner just as they have to any other negative review which doesn’t come off professional.

Jhared Escobar was the individual assigned/managing my property and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with him. He was unresponsive and dismissive. I eventually stop reaching out to him and started contacting another member of the team which drastically improved my experience. I eventually sold my property and he never removed the lockbox on the home so the other realtor got a free lockbox.
