The place is very clean, the doctors are great, especially Dr. Campbell. He helped me with my ongoing pain at my lower back. He was informative and he listened to what I and to say. The only way to have such great treatment, is to go see for yourself thanks to everyone

I've been in a wheelchair for almost 9 years and have seen around 45 doctors. Dr. Signorino is one of the most rude people I've ever met in my life. What makes her worse is HER office messed up and she ripped ME a new one over it saying it wasn't her office's responsibility. Ridiculous. Plus, the first time I saw her, she wouldn't let me talk and interrupted me non-stop. Clearly didn't care about my problem. Follow-up 3 months later: I FINALLY get an appointment to get injections in back....it's ridiculous it took this long. I go in and am told, "The doctor came in an hour late so everything is running behind." Seriously? This office has ZERO respect for their patients' time. None. This is the second time something like this has happened. What makes it FAR worse is if YOU miss an appointment, you have to pay them $50. That's a joke. The procedure is supposed to take 15 minutes. After an hour of waiting , a woman comes out and says, "Sorry, it should take 15 minutes but this patient is taking an hour because of problems. Almost done." Then, ANOTHER hour passes and we're told, "Still not done. No idea when" and started cancelling appointments. Yes, problems happen but if he had been on time, it wouldn't have been as bad. I think it was over 20 people that had their appointment moved. Plus, not too comforting that a 15 minute procedure lasts for more than 2 hours and still not taken care of. I used to fly around the country teaching customer service. Here's what he should do if he actually cared about his patients: 1) Call and personally apologize 2) Send people a $100 gift card for missed work/inconvenience. I bet I don't even get a fake, "We're sorry" call from his office.

Good morning to my Dr. Shannon Signorino. @ Cimarron Office of Center for Wellness and Pain Center. I would like to thank for all the advice that you had given me about the Elbow Injection that I was so afraid of doing. I thank you for putting my nerves at ease for me to go through with the injection. I thank you because the Injection truly help ease the my elbow pain a lot I can twist a cap off my water & soda bottle I ring the water out of a towel among other things with less pain as before the Injection. Thank you and I truly appreciate you Dr. Shannon. I want to give a big thank you to the front office for warm welcomes, kindness and respect when I come in for my office visit.
