I would continue to try contacting them or go back to the business and talk to them directly. I think there is a 3 business day rule where you can get a refund within the first 3 days for large purchases. Not sure who to contact on that one but I would try calling the city, I think it's based on local laws. If I were you, I would file with the better business bureau immediately. Not sure if they will help you since it's a loan but they will be able to tell you if they can or not. Read the contract closely and see what it says about your options and go from there. Most importantly don't sign things without asking "Is this is a loan?" If that is important for you to know. I realize that possibility may have escaped you at the time but just remember when you're about to sign something, you can't ask too many questions and take all the time you need for large purchases.
