They do a lot of repairs, but you will have to come in or call to find out for sure if they can do the work on your particular guitar.
I thought the store was being extremely safe. Need to wear a mask to enter and the staff enforces this. The have plexiglass at checkout as well as sanitizer.
I for one am not familiar with this device nor do I know if GC has them. I have tried at one point like a fret board practice piece, but the best practice for anyone is an actual fret board on a guitar. Practice till it hurts, then begin your work out. When it gets so monotonous you want to destroy your instrument, sit back and reflect on how much you've learned and now how well you know these chords. Might surprise you
