Zero stars! This company is dysfunctional to the core. Worst customer service ever. Over the decades we have spent thousands at Best Buy, but I will never spend another penny there. In late April, at the Springfield, MO store #52, we bought a $3500 dollar home theatre package consisting of a 65” inch TV, $800 receiver, and $700 speaker system, plus hardware, installation, and Total Tech service. After less than 20 hours usage, the sub-woofer died. That turned into 6 weeks of being given the runaround, multiple trips to the store and being lied to by the overseas call center employees several times. It’s obvious that they are specifically trained to lie. In addition, every local employee gave me a different BS story every time I spoke to a new person............ To top it all off, after the rains started, I discovered the Geek Squad installers had drilled a hole in my roof while mounting one of the corner speakers. I had to file a claim against them to recoup the money I spent to fix it, which they finally did pay. These people are beyond clueless and just don’t care and the customer suffers for it. My experience would almost be funny if it wasn’t so maddeningly pathetic. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!

Manager at door was helpful, pointed the direction. Would've been nicer to have been walked because I still got lost lol and couldn't bring myself to go ask again XD. Then out of stock of router I needed. Sigh. Overall fine.

Yes, some of the store is still a work in progress, but it is open to the general public. Come and see the newly remodeled Best Buy!
They will ask you what you want outside and will go in and get it for you. No browsing they are changing the inside .

I don't work at Best Buy,don't really know about selling that there,give them a call...maybe you should give Staples a try,they sell office supplies,you might have better luck there...good luck

You still need to make appointments for geek squad and blue shirts. But you can come in store to browse with mask and social distance. Sometimes you need to run down someone if you need help.
I believe so. I know they sell the refill cards. If your service provider is Straight Talk, you can buy an unlocked phone from Best Buy and just insert your sim card and your phone will work.

Depends on what you mean by that. If your asking if they load it onto a PC you're purchasing through them then it will most likely already be installed on the PC. If your asking about a PC you already have then no they won't load it for free as it was stated above; HOWEVER, to my knowledge Windows 10 is free to anybody running Windows 7 or higher. I'd call and ask BestBuy about that and if so they are usually pretty good about walking people through that process without charge.

Amazing had a really nice audio book selection. You can buy and download them. Or you can use Audible. It's a streaming platform for audiobooks that you pay monthly for. Both are really good options
They also carry desktops to go with their vast array of laptops. There is also an excellent price range from cheaper to more expensive computers.
I would recommend calling or visiting them to inquire about costs and availabilty of installation.

Yes and no. It is a type of repair training for the assorted devices. Not so much how to deal with human issues. They cannot know everything about everything.

You can return online purchases from Best Buy in-store.
if you are not sure if it will fit use the online store pickup and let them know at the counter the concern and they will hold the order if it doesnt fit. Typically a 60 and most 65 in will fit in an SUV a max of 55 in a car.
The accidental extended warranty will cover drops, water damage, most damage as long as you still have the phone. The regular extended warranty is like an extension of the factory warranty. I hope this helps!

If it is like their ipad service they will only tell you it cannot be fixed and to buy a refurbished or new.
