I went there because a coworker referred me to them. I was super excited because I was going to get my nails done for my birthday. I scheduled an appointment with Chris at 4:20pm. I got there at 4:10 and they asked me if I wanted to only see Chris or if anyone could do them. I told them that anyone since I am not very picky and I figured that maybe Chris was with someone and they could probably take me in faster. 30 minutes passed and they took me back. Only for them to walk me right back up to the lobby again because a little girl was in the chair that I was going to be seated in (the little girl was not getting anything done, she was just accompanying her mom). Another 30 minutes passed (total of one hour) and I still had not been taken back. As soon as I told the guy in the front that I had to leave he insisted that they could take me back right away because someone was available, didn't even apologize for the wait. I am not really the type to complain but if I made an appointment for a specific time, I was not expecting to have to wait a whole hour. At the end I ended up leaving. A whole hour wasted.

They seated me in my seat and fashionably timely manner. The staff was so kind offering me anything I needed. I got a pedicure the cucumber one It was very much relaxing the massages felt so good! Definitely will return again soon!

I got a manicure and pedicure! Service, atmosphere, and conversation were amazing!! Suee and Jenny did an amazing job! I found my new go-to nail place, that’s for sure!

My sisters and I went there, we all got pedicures and full set done. We waited for pedicures because we understood staff was busy. More people had came in and they were attended before us. Which of course was unfair since we had gotten there first. Not only that, the lady who did my nails was complaining about her back pain and still the owner made her do my full set. My nails were done poorly, they were rushed, they were so thin and just not what I wanted! I had mentioned to the lady who was doing my nails that I wanted a design on my nails and then she told the owner and because it was late and already time to go the owner said to me,” my friend we are already closed” and I told her I had mentioned to her before when we started the full set. Not to mention I wanted my nails matte. She kept talking in her language and ignored the fact that my nails were not done correctly!! That was the last time we are going there. That owner is so rude. Worst experience!
