I've been wanting to write this for a long time and just decided to just do it. I have lived at the Enclave for a long time, I think I'm probably one of the first residents in my building. I love my apartment and couldn't think of living anywhere else. But the reason for this review is that I've notice people moving in and out all over town. It's that time of year, kids are getting ready to go back to school and families have to get settled. The one thing that I can say about this development is the quality of service they supply. The office staff is friendly and most of all will go out of their way to be helpful. I'm a senior and feel that they really try to take care of me. I'm not that needy, but whatever me needs are I feel that they are addressed. Most of all, their maintenance staff is terrific! Friendly and very accommodating. I hope this helps if someone is trying to make comparisons and decisions. Finding a good place to live for yourself and your family can be very difficult.

I came back to Texas looking for a a place to lease in June. I called tons of different complexes. Nothing came close to the quality of service Jolie offered! She was warm and hospitable upon entry. Within the day she found me a spot that perfectly fit my budget and necessities. Since move in I have felt taken care of and appreciated, I can’t thank her enough! The place itself is immaculate, everything is updated, and I couldn’t be happier!!

I just moved in this week and already I'm so thrilled that I chose Enclave at Westport as my home! Crystal has been just unbelievably kind and helpful, and the front office was a delight to work with during the moving process! My first impressions have been outstanding so far!

I just moved to this apartment complex and I am so disappointed. First of all I was showing an apartment model by ABBY with gray flooring gray carpet gray countertops and gray subway tile, I was told I was going to be given an apartment that looks exactly the same way of the one I was being shown. The apartment I was given it’s nothing like I was what promised there is so many colors going on in this apartment it just looks very tacky right away I try to get a hold of the front office but I was given the run around, management was never around my calls where not being returned I had no option but to move in thinking that ABBY would take care of it but I was wrong! When I was finally able to get a hold of the manager by the name of CRISTAL She was so rude and on the defensive she said there was nothing she could do about my apartment not being what I was promised, I even asked if they could at least change minor things such as the tacky blinds and she said no! she told me to get out of her office. She said since I already had signed a lease agreement I had two options one to keep the apartment as is or that she will refund me in 45 days some of the money I had already paid. What a joke of management! Also they have an Internet provider of their choice that you have to go with which absolutely sucks as well as a electronic company you have no choice. Their parking it’s a very limited unless you pay for garage which is $175 month or unless you don’t mind parking a mile away. All I’m saying is stay away unless you don’t want any of the things that I just mentioned.
