I’m there to sleep. Mattress is too firm. Pillows are these tiny little square pillows. Registered 4 guests, only had 2 bath towels. Had to go ask for more and they had to write down I had 2 extra. There is no way to make your room dark. The photo was taken at 11:00 pm. All the light coming into the room is from the parking lot lights. The blinds close, but aren’t anywhere near the wall so all that light comes in. Breakfast was no where near BW standards. Having updated an older hotel they did a good job in some ways but for the most important things: meh.

We had to change room three times because the other rooms weren’t ready. Should have walked out then. Go to dinner and come back and our key doesn’t work. Go downstairs and come back. 10 mins later go downstairs and come back to it not working again. Ask for a refund and manager told us that it was our fault that the key isn’t working. He was very rude and had the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. We stay in a lot of hotels and have never seen a worst condition or poorly managed hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will never be back!!!!

Very nice appearance and out-of-the-way place with fast food close by. No traffic noise and pleasant service and accommodations.Also near highway.Yep, just the way I like it!

Elevator was down not good we made reservations months in advance and they said all rooms were sold out? Continental breakfast was sketchy. Pool was dirty room ac units were locked out by front desk however the front desk clerk was professional and nice and had helpful advice.
