Google shows to open at 9am, website allowed me to check in for 920am. Arrived earlier than that, open sign in window is flashing, hours posted say open at 9 but doors are locked and no sign of anyone there. Tried to call, no answer. Supercuts corporate customer service line is useless and only directs you to the website. Waited until 930am before deciding to head home and try again at another time. Disrespectful waste of time.

I got one of the best haircuts I have had here. I wish I remembered her name but she took her time and took pride in what she was doing and your could tell. Fantastic service and if I lived here, I would definitely come back to here every time.

I would give Supercuts more stars- if it was possible! My hair dresser was booked solid, in Minnesota. I had to do something I never wanted too do "go to another salon." I was so impressed with the job the stylist did on my hair. I highly recommend this place for your hair needs.

Absolutely a horrible experience! First you wait over an hour for a cut then they don’t even cut it like you want. I call to go back and get it fixed after I got home and looked it over better. “Sure come up and I will fix it” came and waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they can’t cut it till I speak with regional manager. Ohh and they were supposed to call me 2 days before when I got it cut and was unhappy but never called me. Below is what I wanted and the other is what I got. If you mess up something someone paid you for then your obligated to correct it if you messed up!!! It’s that simple!!! Highly don’t recommend.
