Food was great and so was service. This was our first night in Texas. After traveling for 16 hours to make a new home for ourselves, we just wanted to eat and go to bed. A waitress came out and informed us that someone paid for our dinner. I almost broke out in tears. May the Lord bless the giver. I didn't take any pictures as I was exhausted.

Service was a little slow. But kitchen has their stuff together food came out good and hot. Really enjoy this place it's our go to spot.

This location was nice, but got the food wrong a couple of times. I must say their customer service is amazing. Very patient, because I witnessed a person hard to please and the guy stayed calm and done his best to please him. I'll be coming back.

Finger Riot

With this endless pandemic going about everywhere you go, it's comforting to come to a restaurant, while you and your family travel for soccer tournaments, and simply receive great service and food. Short handed is so commonly used and abused, but we received supar service, delicious food, and one (ok, maybe two 🤗) Hell-of-a-good special margarita! We sat in the bar, were attended to beyond well, and never felt attitude of frustration coming from staff for possibly being short staff. This includes the manager on duty. He was cleaning tables and running for his staff. Love, love, love, seeing all this. Thank you Roanoke Chili's, you put my home town Chili's to Shame! :) MM
