Do not use the Minute Clinic here. I have a painful ear infection and arrived a few minutes late. Waited 30 minutes before asking how much longer it might be. The only person in the Minute Clinic was a man (nurse practitioner) who would not tell me how much longer or if I could be seen. He kept saying "you just have to wait for the doctor until its your turn". I called and confirmed that he was actually the only one there. There were no other patients there besides me. Cancelled the appointment, still in pain.

If I could give this CVS location in Roanoke 0 stars I would! I’ve been in the drive through with only two cars in front of me for 45 minutes, they never have my prescriptions in stock and they don’t fill prescriptions accurately. When they say they will order a prescription because they are out of stock, they never do it and I end up having to go to a different CVS anyways! I will now be transferring all my prescriptions to a different location. You would think “oh maybe it’s because they are understaffed….NOPE, understaffing doesn’t seem to be an issue because I always see a bunch of employees behind the counter.

CVS has a sign that hair color is 50% off so I pull the color from the shelf in front of the sign. They won’t honor because they say it is a different SKU number. Apparently a different color or something. Manager removed the sign from the shelf in front of me, but wouldn’t honor their advertisement.
