AWFUL customer service, great clean. I took my car in for a full detail, and was super happy until they told me they had to show me something. They had opened another car door in to mine and shattered my mirror. I understood accidents happen, and they asked me to fill out an insurance claim form. After a few days of not hearing from them, I called and asked for an update. They told me that my mirror was in and I needed to come pick it up. I asked where I should take it to be put on, and was told that wasn’t their problem, they replaced the mirror. The manager screamed at me when I asked to be paid for the cost of installation that it was an accident and he didn’t care what I did they were out money already and would not do anything else. I asked the staff about the insurance claim and they said they didn’t know what happened to it. Installation cost me $200, so on top of the $200 clean and the Ubers I had to use while my car was in the shop, this car wash ended up costing me $500. It was good, but not that good.

All I wanted was the silver package ($26) plus the Seat Treatment ($49). Total $75. I couldn’t purchase these options separately. Instead they told me if I wanted what was included in both packages, I had to get the complete detail for $170. Ridiculous! Go inside and ATM is out of service and of course, I can’t purchase anything and get cash back. Really? Most other car washes are able to get you cash. Considering most people don’t carry cash around, I find this highly inconvenient. Overall, service was ok. Outside of car looks good. Seats were good. The rest of the inside was ok.

My kids love this place! They call it the furry monster attack! Silly nicknames aside, this is a great place to go have your car taken care of. I kind of feel like royalty, as I drive up they scan my barcode and then I turn on my hazards put my mirrors in open my sunroof shade. Obviously not the windows themselves... And we enjoy a luxurious car wash for my beautiful car! At the end of the wash they wipe my car down by hand, spray shine my tires and clean my windows! It is definitely worth getting the membership. I pay $40 and can go as often as I like. Seriously just do it! Take some pride in your vehicle!

Been to this place a couple times. Always been happy. Recently went because my dog peed in the back seat (plus a melted crayon and entire spilled coke from my kids that have been there for years). I had them shampoo and clean the seats plus the usual wash. The results speak for themselves (dark spots in the clean picture are just wet spots that haven't dried). Will definitely be back.
