Ridiculous, slow service. Staff couldn’t handle the orders. Tickets got out of order and people that walked up & ordered got their food before the people waiting 15+ minutes. That’s on top of waiting behind app orders. No when we went up to question where our order was and then asked for a refund, suddenly they found our order ticket. Paid $30 for 2 sandwiches, 1 bag of chips & 1 drink. Definitely won’t go back. Already deleted the app from my phone.

Consumer beware. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and was craving a salami and cheese sandwich. Normally I wouldn't make this, but considering I am pregnant and this was scary for me, I had to make it. The service was great BUT I was in the ER last night with two bags of IV fluids due to food poisoning. I had their sub for lunch and after I only had an apple with some frozen yogurt. No way I got it from an apple and yogurt that I eat daily. It's the only thing my hubby and I didn't share. Vomiting started at 7:30pm and wouldn't end. Couldn't even keep water down. Midwife told me to go the ER and get fluids and some nausea medicine. Barely got some sleep around 6am. Still nauseous. Will never again eat here.

I ordered my sandwich and really all I got was more bread than meat... I called to see if they could remake it and he said that's how made.. I paid 14 bucks for french bread and 3 slices of turkey.. 3! I ate bread for lunch. I was hoping it would be fixed and remade, but all they offered was not to hollow out the bread. Which in retrospect still meant more bread than meat. So I just won't be bringing my business here anymore and they don't care, all he said was "ok, have a good day."
