I cannot thank my service advisor Jordan enough. I prefer stock tires on my 2019 Dodge Power Wagon because I hate all terrain or mudding tires that give a hum noise while driving. The tires I get normally cost me around $1600. Jordan introduced me to a new tires for my truck that was about $300 cheaper. When I told him I was skeptical he showed me all the facts and even gave me a 30 day satisfaction guarantee that would allow me to return the tire if I did not like them. Turns out I LOVE the tires more than I did the others. Not only are they quieter but they handle better and give me slightly better gas mileage. That is not were there customer service stops though!!! Jordan called me today (30 days later) just to make sure that I was still loving my new tires and did not want to trade them in. Jordan and Discount tire really offer the BEST customer service I have ever had. I will be doing my wife's tires with Jordan next month. Thanks for the great customer service and product expertise!
