This neighborhood is absolutely full of crime. It is not safe to live here. There are frequent thefts and vandalism every night. I don't even trust my daughter's going outside of my apartment out of eyesight. There are constant questionable people walking up and down the street, loud music blaring across the street at the corner store, frequent drug deals across the street in section 8 housing, and my truck was stolen last night. I've had several thousand dollars worth of personal equipment stolen from me in the past 3 years that I have lived here. The apartments are fairly nice, it's just unfortunate that they are in such a terrible neighborhood and the owner doesn't find it important to invest in security to keep the residents here safe.

My husband's car has been towed twice from his assigned parking spot, even though he updated his plate number on the parking website. This has cost us hundreds of dollars to get his car back. The office said they "reserve the right to tow without warning" but he's parked in the same spot for 10 months and then all of a sudden we have problems.

Hands down best apartment community I have lived in. Older, garden cottage type feel, quiet, friendly neighbors and super kind and cool staff.

Hello, I have lived at Coronado North for 8 years now and have only lived at one other apt. Complex in my many yrs. of life. This a very tranquil apt. garden complex with the best front office and maintenance crew ever. These are people that care about our complex and the tenants exclusively. We are on a first name basis and it is so gratifying to know that we matter to them. Maintenance is always Johnny on the spot and they are always very respectful and dignified in responding to any request I may have. I want to thank J.J, Debbie, Chris and James for being so awesome, I honor you all. Thank you for a wonderful home.
