My grandson moved there in june 2021 and been having problems from the time the sign the lease first it was the air conditioning stop working and they said that it will take two days to fix it took a month and something to get it fix and it still wasn’t work right. They the roach problem continues. They had other problems and they wouldn’t come to fix it. They paid the rent for may and June but they had left the apartment in may . because they didn’t tell them they was not going to renew the lease not they charging them 2,780 I went over and visit that place is for no to be living there they need a makeover. Bad management!!!!

I am so at wits end with this place. I can tolerate a lot but ROACHES is not one of them. They are everywhere and everyday. Pest control comes and then there is more. Useless to spray 1 apartment and not bomb the whole building. Since their Assist Property Manager left, emails go unanswered and work tickets are reviewed but not worked on. It's really sad. I've never experienced a poorly managed apartment before and highly disappointed.

I've been living here for about 2 years and have been relatively happy with how things have gone. The new staff is really nice and helpful when it comes to resolving issues and in giving heads up about any new renovations that are happening. Originally, they only offered 12 month leases and I thought that it would eventually become an issue since I live with roommates, but luckily they added 6 and 9 month leases as options. Definitely helped me become more at ease to know that it is not necessary to stay an entire year once everyone in my unit graduates and decides to move out. The only main downside that comes to mind is that the parking lot can use a bit of restoring, but luckily that will be getting taken care of since they have already made an announcement about it. Great job and keep up the good work!

Very happy to be back at my old apartment were my mother use to live in for over 10 years and to have all these great upgrades in it is great. I'm so thankful for Nelly she definitely was very helpful and made the leasing processes less overwhelming as me and my husband are an elderly couple, she is always making sure we are well taken care of and asks us if everything is going well and how we like our new apartment home. Happy to say we will be living here for years to come. Thanks again Nelly you are definitely an Angel sent form Heaven. The new management has definitely changed up the way of living here at the Loop Apartment on what use to be know as Loma Del Rey and as for the roaches there is none in my unit but they do preventative care and the pest control company comes once a week as to my understanding. I love the Loop Apartments...........................

Too much! I mean a great price, but realize that you get less than what you pay for. That is, unless you like German cockroaches, large rats lies and deception with dangerous neighbors around you. Not to mention loud noises throughout the night . But hey! If you can’t afford a $25 tent, the loop hole of 288 should work.
