I wish I could give negative stars for this particular Amazon distribution hub!!! Losing one of my packages is understandable but THIS is the 3rd time and there is no excuse to be found. I am so mad I could bite a railroad spike in half! And I NEEDED this particular package quite badly! NOW I have to go to Walmart *shudder*

Just got fired today for not being able to finish a route I told them multiple times I was struggling with and they did nothing to help me. Also told my boss today I was struggling with my mental health and instead of giving me a pass and trying to get me into the Amazon mental health stuff I just get fired. Why is it that this facility doesn't even start delivering packages until after noon? My packages NEVER arrive in the a.m . They ALWAYS arrive in the late afternoon or later evening. I do NOT like having to sit around and wait for things to get here late in the day when I need the item(s) early to work on and complete projects. What good is a guaranteed delivery on a day when the item gets delivered and it's too late to do anything.

When you're delivering your covered under Amazon's insurance. their policy number and everything is available in the app. I also believe they match which ever policy you have. Liability or Comprehensive.

The routes are designed to be most time efficient, so most likely the closest routes are last as the drivers then return the delivery van to the site.

This is a dispatch center im guessing you might be able to but I'd talk to your higher ups.
I don't personally employ anyone at the establishment, however leaving a notice to Williams Last Mile Logistics may help to spread the message,as well as Amazon in general.
