Walked in on 10/8/22 and was completely ignored. I figured it was because she was speaking with another person so I patiently waited. Another women walked in a few minutes later and the employee stopped what she was doing and said hello. I responded with a friendly hello, but she wasn’t talking to me. She walked right past me and helped the other woman. I left and drove to another postal station to mail my documents.

Very rude charged me for printing she messed up then when she reprinted she charged me again I thought since it was her mistake why charge again I brought up to her attention she had a bad attitude and said something in her language to another person of her race unprofessional.

Huge spread on postage. Would cost $20 to send a package via USPS, but they charged $36. Almost double. I brought my own package, it was a flat rate box. Used 0 supplies from them at all (besides them printing the postage label). I recommend you stay away from here and just go to the post office, or better yet, print your own postage at home through USPS.com or your carrier's website.
