Edit from recent visit: Front staff is much worse, and impolite to visitors. Gossiping and giggling when no one needs them. Still fast service. Doctor still good. --- 1 Year Ago Incredibly efficent and polite service. I had an ear infection that got diagnosed right away, and Dr. Klug was very professional, fast, and right to the point. Took all of ten minutes.

Sat closing hour is 5 pm. Called to confirm. Went in at 2:45 and was told they where CLOSING & COULD NOT SEE ME!! Recept. & back Asst. told me dr. was on way out, I could NOT be seen!! SO WRONG!! VERY UPSET AND DISSAPOINTED!! 15 MIN TILL 3, and Ive been there before! So they have my Hx.!! 'Sorry, we cant see you...' VERY, VERY UPSET When clearly office hours are posted AND I CALLED TO CONFIRM HOURS!!

I had come in with a sinus infection and double eye infection. I received prompt courteous service. Staff was friendly too! Took great care of me.

Horrible service. The ladies at the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. The girl that says she’s medical billing won’t verify your insurance they want you to call and then send information when that is their job. She was even rude to my insurance company on the phone. The manager Kelly is so clueless and doesn’t know what she is doing. She doesn’t even know what she is talking about. I’m sorry I’m not trying to bash ppl. I never leave comments like this but don’t come here. Worst experience ever. I asked them where can I file a complaint and they said their was no where I can file a complaint. So rude.
