I got a puppy but was struggling w teaching him commands. Did the puppy board and train program. I’m amazed at everything he’s learned so far. I can’t wait to continue with the things they’ve taught my dog and me!

Highly disappointed with there customer service, I called them months ago to get my dog in for training (he needs training really bad) however I have been trying to get in for months and their lack of communication finally stated that they can get me in but not for another 2 months. I spoke to the manager months ago about what we needed and they just didnt care at all. They could have easily made it happen but they didnt. They want your money upfront. I just found them really rude and not reliable. I will be spending my hard earned money else where.

I love, love, love this place. Brittany and her team do a great job. My dog was "out of control" with just about everything. Running away, potty training, chewing on things you name it and he's done it. Rykers was recommended to me by a trainer in Visalia. I took my Brody to them for the 2 week board and train. He came back a new dog. No more potty in the house, sits when we open any outside door no chewing on things and listens. They give you the tools to continue at home and you get a lesson at the end of the 2 weeks. I live in Exeter and take him there to board when I go out of town. He LOVES it there! It is pricey but for what you get back in return is well worth it and less expensive than new carpet etc.
