Needed to get the ink fingerprints done, so I called them before coming. Person on the phone incorrectly quoted $15 for the ink fingerprint card FD-258 to be done. When I got there, they said it would cost $50 to get the ink fingerprints done. Not sure why they charge so much, when the standard price is usually $20-$40 at almost all other places in Fresno/Clovis, including getting fingerprints done at the Fresno Sheriff Office. Just wanted to try them out, but ended up going elsewhere. I don’t recommend coming here for fingerprints.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Enjoy looking at their cards and gifts for sale. I go there all the time to send out my mail. Recomend them for their services.

So. I sent out 2 flat rate boxes at this place on first and Bullard. The charged me 82.00 for me to send them. The night before at this same place I was told 23.00 per flat rate box. So I called and talked to a employee to ask why. His answer to one of my question was. " Because we're not the post office". So I asked, you charge more for that reason, his exact answer was "yup'. Very rude. They just lost my business. I I don't not recommend using this place.

If you can avoid it, don't use them. They are more than double the price even for priority flat rate. It's a rip off. Unfortunately we have no vehicle so I have to walk and they happen to be close. The staff has been pretty nice though. It's been worth it when not in a rush to just uber to the post office!
