Love Postal Annex, Love having a mailbox here, the girls are so sweet and go above and beyond for me! Always happy, even when people treat them badly, and I have seen people be so rude! If you want to wait in long lines and have no help, no guarantee that your packages will be sent or received or rude employees go to the post office! I would rather pay a little more knowing they actually care and my packages are always taken care of!❤

THIS PLACE IS CURRENTLY HIRING. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF APPLYING THINK TWICE!!! I was hired and started on Thursday by the following Monday it was crystal clear that this environment was toxic. First off the owner, Shari, has her soon to be step daughter working as manager with zero management skills or knowledge. Not to mention that niether one of them likes the other. The previous manager quit shortly after Serena, said step daughter, was hired. Serena has the worst customer service skills I've ever seen and I worked at Walmart before this. My first day I witnessed her in such a condescending tone talk to a customer as if she was a 2 year old child all because there was a miscommunication between the other employee there and the customer. Not only that but Shari (owner) made it a point to let me know that she doesn't hire men and the reason for that is because Serena and her best friend who also worked there for quite some time felt they were being harassed by a "Native Indian " is what she called him. She repeatedly felt the need to tell me that. I seriously doubt that gentleman harassed those girls now that i see how they behave. The straw that broke the camels back was after I helped Serena read a name on a customer's package because she couldn't make out the letters she accused me of micromanaging her. I was in complete shock. This entitled spoiled kid has no idea what micromanaging is let alone the ability or knowledge of managing anything more than her own bank account. I respectfully declined further employment but now Shari is trying to accuse me of not returning all the shirts I was given. As if I'd need to keep any. Luckily we recorded me putting the key along with the work shirts in a bag and walking them into the store. Something just told me to record and now i am thankful we did. She is now withholding my pay which is illegal. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE APPLYING LET ALONE DOING BUSINESS HERE. THEY GIVE THEIR CUSTOMERS THE MOST EXPENSIVE OPTIONS FOR MAILING ANY PACKAGE BECAUSE THEY GET MORE MONEY THAT WAY IS WHAT I WAS TOLD.

Terrible hours!!! I travel a lot and when I’m in town I need to get my mail. On Saturday at 8:30am on 06/18/22 I went to collect a Father’s Day gift and my mail delivered to my mailbox only to find a sign saying the new hours are 10-3. I came back at 3:01 pm and with the employees looking right at me turn off the lights and ignore me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE OR GET A MAILBOX!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Very friendly employees who feel like friends. They take the time to know their customers and even remember everyone's box numbers. Serena is a great manager and Grace and everyone else that works there are super friendly and helpful!
