I hate the way they deliver my package for 1st attempt im at home they didnt even bother to buzz in and they reported they attempt to contact costumer. 2nd attempt i already left a note and signbut 1 package didnt deliver. My Hod are u idipt

I would call them to findout. If you are a residence they may not do a pickup
You could ask for UPS to not leave it on your doorstep and just notify you that it is available for pickup at the local customer service center. Contact them ahead of time for that arrangement.
