That is the msrp for the founders edition and good luck finding one at msrp. Those cards that are made by 3rd parties can set their own prices. They range from $1400 and up. I got an open box Aorus Master 3080ti for $1439 while the retail was I think $1499.

I believe the best option is to either look through the manual to see if you're connecting it correctly. If that doesn't work look for a tutorial on youtube. If you cant figure it out with that, I suggest you go in to microcenter to see if they can help or even contact Wacom themselves.
