Home service and excellent program to have it has helped us with our AC and furnace three times now we use Berber heating and cooling they are the best you never know when your hot water heater AC or furnace is going to break down you pay nothing unless it has to be replaced

Just keep in mind that you must have a plan for 30 days in order to file a claim. You also pay for that first 30 days. They have bundle packages you should look into.
Certain systems are covered depending on what you are responsible for. We cover water heaters and internal electrical lines if you are responsible for repairs to those systems.
Everytime i called for service what i needed wasnt covered or they didnt provide service i needed. Like cleaning carbon from bottom of heat maker...really?! I cancelled my service. Its cheaper to pay for repairs than to pay close to 1k a yr for coverage.

I've been without hot water since Friday and today is Tuesday i'm still waiting for my hot water tank to be repaired. Tech said the part should be in as soon as Saturday. Now i'm being told the part wouldn't have been ordered until Monday. I've been paying for a warranty for 4 years and this is my service experience. RUN
