Service at Garavel Subaru is amazing. I say this solely based from experience. Initially my fiancé and I purchased 2 vehicles together, 2018 Subaru WRX STi & 2019 Subaru BRZ Limited from “Rye-Ford Subaru” in Rye, NY from our sales guy “Michael” who was fantastic but I must say the service department is horrible there. Hand full of times I received my vehicle back from repairs or service and 9/10 times I would have to return for them to correct the initial repair. They warrantied my squeaky clutch pedal, resolves the issue for a few months and the squeak is back. They then explain to me the clutch throw out bearing needs to be replaced, issue became worse after doing so. They will no longer cover it even tho the issue was not resolved. Upon my final visit for basic oil change there last tech stalled out in the STi 2 times and to top it off they scraped my OEM STi Factory front Lip causing minor damage. That is no way to care for customers investment. Fast forward years later, A good buddy of mine mentioned Garavel Subaru and recommended that I should have service done to my STi there. They are extremely professional and truly make you feel at home, I love how they welcome dogs and most importantly I love how they take the time to pay attention to detail and to ensure things are done properly. I live 45 minutes away from Garavel Subaru and I specifically drive the distance just for the service provided from Garavel Subaru. Thank you Rodrigo for the amazing hospitality provided.

When properly equipped, the Subaru Ascent can tow up to 5,000 pounds.
There is only 1 model of Subaru that is not All Wheel drive. That is the Subaru BRZ. The Outback, Crosstrek, Impreza, Forester, Ascent, and Legacy, are fully Symmetrical All Wheel drive.
Hi Suellen, Yes, Subaru manufactures a hatchback in standard shift. You would be looking at a Crosstrek or Impreza model. Most other Subarus are only available in automatic transmissions because of the success we have had with continuous variable transmissions (CVT) which helps with fuel efficiency and weight. Yes, we perform all Subaru Manufacturer Recalls, right here in our Service center! All Subaru recalls are completely free! If the service performed on your Subaru takes longer then 2 hours, we you can get a loaner vehicle as well! Hello, we took many precautions including: Employees wore masks at all times, employees were spaced out 6 feet apart, we purchased large protective plastic windows to put between customers and employees, all doorknobs and touch surfaces were sanitized every hour, test drive cars were sanitized after every drive, technicians are wearing masks and gloves, as well as sanitizing steering wheels and touch points within customers cars. We have since relaxed a few of those protocols according to the CDC guidelines, but we still maintain a few of them, and encourage employees to get vaccinated.
Yes we do! We do have a limited number of them, so booking an appointment ahead of time would help your chances of procuring one. We also tend to only give them out for services that require your car to be here overnight or longer. Otherwise if it is same day servicing we have a shuttle that will take you where ever you need to go, and even pick you up if you are within a reasonable distance.
YES! We LOVE dogs! We actually have a few that are here regularly! Lulu is an English Mastiff who is one of the friendliest dogs you will ever meet, she has a ton of good reviews written online about her! We also have Bonnie, who is much more timid, and tends to remain hidden. You may also be lucky enough to meet Yogi, who spends his time in our used car building. We are accepting of all animals!
Hello, Wow that Steve is a really smart guy, we verified his answer with our service department, and he is correct! Though as he stated you would definitely want to bring in your specific vehicle, as 34 PSI is a ball park answer.
