I worked there through a contract position off an online app, arrived at the location, just to enter a small facility that really didn't have much work available at the time to even work for the entire day, basically ended up loading and unloading a trailer, the work load was too much, the Hispanic guy the had working with me and another lady, didn't really speak that much English, so getting help from him was pretty much a zero. They manager lied about our performance on the app, when the cameras shows everything, so simply put, don't work for them.

Go there on time otherwise they ll take too much time . With appointment they took only 1 hour. Use the middle entrance to go in. For backing up use the road

Back in is an off set or straight line back but you need to do it from the road. And this road gets busy at times. Docks have strips on the edges to keep you lined up. If you don't see them, you're off center and in danger of hitting a trailer. Pretty much blind backing on the blind side once you're about half way. Loaders seem to be taking breaks every few minutes. They'll go in the trailer about 4 times and then wait around a long while. And repeat. Don't get me wrong, they are very friendly and casual about stuff. Just takes their time. Lots of smoke breaks, etc. Strictly by appointment times. The location and how the Docks are set up is why it is kept that way. Would advise coming no sooner than 20 mins before appointment. Or you will end up blocking someone from coming out of the dock.
