Both Jessica Landeroz PA-C and Betty Lo MD are great providers. They are competent, listen well, and are compassionate. Every visit I had with them was both proactive and positive.

The most unprofessional establishment I have ever worked with. They canceled my appointment twice in one month and had the worst customer service. Both times they called me to cancel with out an explanation other than the doctor will not be here...What? Horrible! I will be finding a new office as the one doctor I did like them has since left.
