Horrible. Maintenance ride around in golf carts blowing stop signs having a good time. Usually takes about 2 weeks wait for maintenance to get back to you. They change locks and won't inform you about it until you call in. But they will let you know a week later that the pool is closed for the season. Not worth it

Even though I have not moved in yet, I have to give Terraces of EGV a review because of the stellar service I have received. There was a mix-up regarding the apt I wanted and unfortunately it was rented out to someone else. I called the office and spoke with the wonderful Gina, who promised to make things right for me. Not only did I feel better but I had good confidence moving forward. The very next morning the regional manager called me on his personal cell to speak to me regarding my situation and also promised to make things right. As someone in the service industry I felt seen and heard and now I feel very good about moving in to this complex, more than ever. If you feel doubtful about looking into this place to move, I highly recommend it simply for the service alone.
