I feel badly writing this review, as Dr. Salim and her staff are kind and professional, but I cannot in good conscience continue to stay silent about my experience. In January of 2021, I went to Ora Dental on recommendation for a friend. They said I had somewhere around 10 cavities, and needed a deep cleaning or my teeth would fall out. I was skeptical, but worried enough to where I got the work done immediately without a second opinion. I went back multiple times to the office, both because the intense amount of work to be done needed to be separated out, and also because after every filling I would experience even more pain to the point where I could not chew or eat properly. Dr. Salim assured me this was normal and that it may just need adjusting. This was incorrect according to multiple doctors visited thereafter. I finally went to another Dentistry, where they revealed my teeth were cut through the sidewall, which they said is unusual and not recommended. They also informed me that all my bonding was done improperly, which was a major cause of my pain. I needed to redo everything over again. With this new doctor, I didn't experience pain after my fillings, and he said that what I experienced was abnormal. I since went to even ANOTHER doctor who X-rayed me and commented on how strange the work done was. If you value your teeth, I advise you to stay away unless you are getting routine teeth cleanings. I am now in a lifetime of pain, complications, and costly corrections, and I cannot do anything legally as malpractice is only on the table with severe injury or death. I'm even fighting to get the original $2k I paid for the original work - even with other dentists sending in their comments to the insurer on how the work was done incorrectly. I'm incredibly sad, angry, and regretful that I didn't do my research to find others had this exact issue with Ora dental (check Yelp to find stories exactly like my own). I'm writing this review Sept of 2022. I am still feeling the effects of my trip, and I suspect it will be a lifelong issue. My teeth are misaligned, I have major jaw pain now, and my front teeth have formed a gap, which I suspect is due to the amount of material removed from my teeth with Ora. Do not make the same mistake I did. Please note, I am not a doctor nor lawyer, and my understanding is informed by my own experience as well as other doctors I have spoken with. While I previously expressed my intent to pursue legal action, please note that is NOT any indication that Ora dental has broken the law, has committed malpractice, or is responsible for any other wrongdoing. I am unhappy with services rendered, and I strongly believe the pain I experienced after my visit was due to my procedures - but take my claims with your own research and thought.

Professional, orderly, caring, plus excellent dentistry. You get all you want from a dental practice and more! I have visited this place twice now and it just wouldn't be fair if I didn't share my excellent experience with everyone else here! I have had three fillings, a crown, and a cleaning done here and have nothing but the highest of complements for both Dr. Bon and Dr. Salim, as well as the caring and professional staff at ORA Dental. Everyone knows what they are doing, and they all do their job professionally and efficiently. Highly recommended!

I had neglected my teeth for many years and had not been to a dentist in 20 years. I had several broken teeth and cavities. I was very anxious about going to a dentist, however Ora dental has been very good to me. I have had several procedures performed and they have always been extremely friendly and professional. I feel my oral health is immensely better since going to them and I highly recommend.
