Please do yourself a favor and avoid this ridiculous pediatric office. Nearly 10 years here and we are so glad to have left this dr office and found another that has helped us more in one visit than years here. After repeating ourselves with concerns and getting responses like we were just being "overly" concerned and not taken serious we now know that one of our kids has slight developing scoliosis and another has to be put on reflux medication and tested for celiac disease. After the doctors at Tots and Tykes were telling us "it's normal for one side of a child's chest to be bigger than the other" and "maybe you can watch what food she eats, limit junk food, and use kids pepto on an upset stomach." These are not answers, they are assumptions. What made it worse is even when we were booked for Dr. Poquiz, constantly that would be changed upon appointment arrival and we would be seeing a different doctors. It was rare to have the same doctor repeatedly for our kids check ups or with our concerns. The only suggestion we would get was to cancel the appointment (that we would be at) we had set and to try and reschedule for another date for our doctor. It wasn't always like this, and I know so many places are understaffed so try their best but when it comes to your kids doctors, you want someone who listens and is there for your questions at the very least. Reading so many bad comments and even doctor replies which are just excuses after excuses, I'm glad we left and found a better pediatrician. My kids could have been getting REAL help for their issues a long time ago but we trusted their word. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Dr.Poquiz really has no clue what he’s talking about . He doesn’t ask questions or listen to concerns. I’ll never bring my kids back to this office. 10/21/22 .. I came back to give them a second chance . Apportionment took over 2 hours . I had to basically argue with Poquiz about my daughters “vaccines” . He tried to give my baby an oral medication that I’ve never heard of and because I told him no he basically told me to find another doctor. ( doing that anyway) he has a attitude of a woman . I was never asked if I had any questions on concerns. He rushed through to explain to me about her growth etc. I literally would never deal with him again . Couldn’t pay me !

My kids have went here for 11 yrs, but now everytime I call it goes to a voicemail, how else are we suppose to make our children's sick appointments if y'all don't ever answer the phone???

My daughter has been going here the past 4 years and I've had my concerns here and there with multiple different Dr's. But my visit today with Dr Poquise was very refreshing. It finally felt like I was heard as a concerned mother and any questions I had were answered thoroughly. Being a mom with severe anxiety it helped tremendously. I can't imagine how overwhelmed this office is but I do appreciate the sweet nurse we see every visit and how thorough Dr Poquise is despite how busy they are.
