This was my first and last visit, I came in to dispose of some metal and was met at the front by an extremely rude and conformational employee. I was not sure how the process worked and she was not helpful in explaining or helping me understand what all needed to be done to dispose of the metal. I was there for over an hour and she was extremely unpleasant the entire visit. She made this process so difficult, when if she was trained properly or had approached it in a professional manner this could have been my new recycling location. I will not return, send my crews, or coworkers to this location. I do not recommend anyone else using this location either. Your office staff needs to be trained on how to be professional.

For a recycling center it was very clean everyone very professional. The scale house lady is the sweetest person you'll ever meet. Crane operators very helpful. Quick in and out. Very nice

I don't know, they go by the book, I tried to recycle a old keg that's been in the garage for years, they wouldn't do it without a receipt of purchase, so I recycle it in bulk pile, of than that, I go there all the time, fast an simple.
I don't think so. You can Google the spot price for aluminum or any other metals and find out what it's going for though. Prices change by the minute just like stocks.

For tin and iron all you need is a DL. For non-ferrous metals (copper, brass, aluminum, etc.) to get cash you need to get a cash card. Takes a couple weeks to process and get in mail, but you can also get paid by check anytime without one.
