My fiance was in a horrible accident while working his job of almost 10 years in the oil field. His nose, and the whole right side of his face were smashed in. He had to have 4 titanium plates placed throughout to reconstruct. He also completely lost his right eye. Which was his good eye. We came in to get him glasses so he can at least see out of his left eye, because everything is blurry due to a stigmatism. They REFUSED to let him in without a mask. Even if he just wore it around his mouth. Which the receptionist asked if he could do, then tells us he can't. We informed them HE CANNOT WEAR A MASK per his surgeons orders due to the location of his injury, and where the mask sits. They were rude, very unprofessional, unsympathetic, and just disgusting towards him. Needless to say, we left and will never go back or recommend this place to anyone else.

Everyone was amazing and kind, they are a very busy place and they balance out taking care of you and getting things done very well. A very positive experience. Dr. Hummel is great!!!

Very professional office. I always get the best care and caring Doctors and employees. Ordered new glasses and they came in 4 days. Easy to schedule an appointment, all the Doctors are amazing!

VERY difficult to get an appt within a reasonable time frame. My wife informed staff there of her work schedule the first contact with them. They cancelled the appt via letter that we got two days before the appt and rescheduled to a day my wife had informed them was a day she worked. They said they called but could not leave a message on our phone ("the phone just rang and rang"). They did not attempt to call again. When my wife was reasonably upset about this and their inability to accomodate her schedule until July (we had hoped to have her surgery done before a long-awaited trip with our grandaughter who we haven't seen in over a year due to COVID) the woman became haughty, officious, passive aggressively rude. We then got a message that they would not see my wife at all because my wife "would not like us". This made us reasonably angry and when I called there was no resolution and the woman was completely unable to deal effectively with people who are reasonably upset about such things. There was a snarky quality about her refusal to reschedule at all, and a refusal to let me talk to whoever supervises her, knowing that they are only one of less than a handful of offices that do this procedure in a huge region. I also don't understand how a very highly paid professional can take a Friday off at the last minute when he or she has a day fully scheduled unless it was a personal emergency. In my profession that was never tolerated. There was no indication that this was an emergency situation. I can practically hear the office staff's snarky and deriding comments about this review...

No. If you have an eye doctor and they can send your records it's easier. But they will except you. That's what they told me. Both doctors are excellent and came highly recommended to me.
