I called Gino to replace my 13 year old water heater and a failing leaking saddle valve that was installed improperly a few years ago by a competitor. The pipe needed to be replaced due to the location of saddle valve which was next to a sweat joint. He came within a few hours of calling and did everything same day. He also discovered upon shutting off the main that it began to leak and swiftly stopped it. He patiently waited while I dragged my feet about whether or not to replace the main along with the other work, which I ultimately decided was the best idea. All in all, he did a great job with everything for a reasonable price and was also very personable and easy going. I highly recommend Gino and Excellent plumbing for any plumbing work you may need. Always good to have a plumber you can trust that won't overcharge you or try to replace things that don't need replacing.

Gino was great. He came first thing in the morning, super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My kitchen sink wasn’t draining and he took care of the issue quickly and educated me along the way. Great service.

furnace cleaning & inspection: I do not recommend the technician came & it only took him 30 minutes to do the service, only has a little brush in cleaning the furnace does not have a vacuum machine to remove all the dust in & the surrounding of the furnace & they charge $100.. My cousin is their client who does not have a gmail acct requested me to post .

While it may seem that showers or baths use large amounts of water, the toilet typically uses the most water in the home. This is because used most frequently. Keep your water bill low by ensuring that all toilets are running properly, with no leaks.
Insulating your pipes is the best way to prevent them from freezing. If you cannot access your pipes to insulate them, leave the water on a slow drip on very cold nights, to keep water flowing and prevent freezing.
This can be caused by unsecured pipes. When pipes are not properly supported, they often move and bump against floor joists as water flows through them.
Tankless hot water heaters are great because they never run out of hot water. A storage tank hot water has a limited capacity (whatever the size of the tank), while a tankless can heat unlimited amounts as it passes through the system. Additionally tankless hot water heaters save you money, since you are only heating the water you use, not the amount that is sitting in the tank.
You may have a silent or hidden leak. This happens often in toilets. Try putting food coloring in the tank of your toilet. Do not use the toilet for 1 hour. After an hour, if there is color in the bowl, you have a leak.
The most common cause of faucet leaks is a corroded gasket, o-ring, or valve. This is often an easy fix. Most of the time, those parts can simply be replaced without replacing the whole faucet.
Turn the disposal off, and disconnect from power. Check to see if anything is lodged in the disposal. Sometimes, utensils or other small objects fall in. If there is no blockage, plug it back in and reset. Also make sure to check your breaker. If this doesn’t fix it, it’s time to call a plumber.
Sometimes it is possible to fix the problem yourself, but many times you need professional help, and we’re only a phone call away 24-7-365 at 847-868-1800. We can help remove the clog, clean out the strainer basket, and for the air hose (which vents the dishwasher) we can remove any food buildup or debris. These are the easy steps, then we go further to resolve the plumbing issue to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
For stubborn clogs, try using a snake. Feed the snake down the drain carefully to dislodge the clog and remove the blockage.
Often times, the handle gets stuck. This causes the flapper to remain open. When the flapper is open, water will continue to flow into the bowl. Try tightening, oiling, or replacing the handle.
