All I have to say is, this used to be a good pharmacy and now all they have working there are a bunch of airheads who have worms for brains. how are they so stupid. it’s amazing.

Went to the Wheeling Walmart Pharmacy for much needed new medication. They told me they were out of stock. Did not offer to check with other store! This is for Blood Pressure meds! I called the next day and I almost had to beg the person (assistant) to please call another store for the meds. Her answer was, “I’m busy right now! I can do it in an hour or so”. In the meantime my Blood Pressure is falling dangerously low! I’m praying that the other store has it … The visiting nurse I have said that is imperative I get this med or I could faint and/or fall and break something. This is not acceptable. They should have offered to call another store yesterday. I believe I will be changing pharmacies where they care about their customers

very rude, never carry over counter insulin, when I ask if they possibly could locate which location has it, I am told bluntly call yourself, horrible service, truly should fire whoever picks up phones.

Do not come during Sunday, only one pharmacist and 2 technicians, i waited a long time to get a prescription and they said the people getting the shots are priority, and the pharmacist is the one giving them. Worse place ever. Transferring right away.
