One of the evident callings on this church is the development of leaders. They build people up in knowing who they are in Christ and then Jesus launches them out into the mission field. That mission field looks like many things - missions, marketplace, government, education, media, etc. A place that fosters individual and corporate growth both in unique gifting and calling.
