John was great. I would give him a 6 or 7 star rating if I could. He was very understanding of my problem, solved it quickly and then gave me the kind of tutorial about c-pap that I should have gotten when the unit was delivered to me almost 6 weeks ago. He answered my questions, was very polite and caring in working with me and I think he should get a raise for his efforts. There's no doubt in my mind that he treats all his clients the same way. He is a superstar!!! After 2 days of using the c-pap, I'm feeling much better and well rested in the morning. Thanks for sending him to me.

Victor was great! He finally got a cpap mask to work for me. He set all the settings on my cpap machine . I can finally wear my mask all night without any proplems. Thank you.

I get my ResAir CPAP pplies through otal Home Health. one of the magnets on my mask broked. Can you replace it or do I have to order direct from ResAir?

I have had nothing but bad experiences with my home concentrator and my portable concentrator also. The lady on the phone told me she could send oxygen tanks even though Medicare is paying for my concentrators! I'm not allowed to lift more than 5 lbs and lugging around oxygen tanks could paralyze me. The replacement concentrator that was delivered today has not been serviced since May 2018. The person who delivered it was showing me how to turn it off and on, how to set the liters and hook up the cannula. I have been using one for several years and already know how to do all those things. I am a senior of sound mind but he talked to me like I have dementia. The big surprise came when he told me he just picks them up at the warehouse and they tell him the REFURBISHED unit had recently been inspected. The last time was in 2018. One filter smelled like nicotine, the other filter was dirty and the connector for the bubbler was dirty also. Reporting them to Medicare and Joint Commision.

The total health care unit is beeping. There are three lights in a row and the second is flashing and the one is lite. Why is it flashing and what do I do?

Try unplugging it wait about a minute plug it back up if that don't work I would call Total and they can assist with troubleshooting over the phone or refer to your handbook in the troubleshooting part for assistance. I take it we are talking about the concentrator?

Why don’t you have a small tank like. INOGEN???
