Awesome people I love the staff here super friendly, and helpful but, the deli is hit or miss based on who is cooking. Sometimes my items come out spot on but, at other times will be undercooked or literally worse than what I make at home (Granted I have restaurant exp). They also will not put what you want on the food if you order say tomato on a steak its never there, and they have also messed up my orders so many times that I actually have stopped eating there entirely because of it. Overall amazing store, and manager super nice girl but, the deli sucks you are better off to order any where else

Tried to get my debit card connected to my Irving card, but this company promotes identity theft!!! And discriminates against us Handicapped Senior Citizens that cannot get the 6 cents per gallon off at their stations because they not only require us to spend thousands on a computer and hundreds a month for internet Service and to put all our personal information online for people to steal as well as asking and demanding for information that they don't need like our Social Security number, just to make sure that someone can steal our identity!!! I give Irving a MINUS 100 STARS!!! But this store was clean and the people were nice, although the prices were a little high that's the reason for the 2 Star rating... We need to pass legislation to protect us from these unlawful invasion of our privacy and require companies in the United States to stop discrimination against us Handicapped Senior Citizens!!!

Quite often the warmers are under stocked or empty. On a regular basis my orders have been made wrong. Overall the kitchen has been a let down. Otherwise the store is decent.
