Well, I literally walked in the place earlier this afternoon, ready to buy a car. Was told "My boss is on a phone call so we'll give you a call back later today with a review of your credit." So I waited...and waited...AND WAITED... Its 8:21pm now, my phone is literally on me 24/7 and no one has reached out to me about my credit or talk to me about anything in regards of anything. Walked around the car lot BY MYSELF with no sales person to even discuss cars with or to help me. Then was told to go home and wait. If this is how you guys run a business, then I'm totally fine with not purchasing a vehicle from here. I left one shady dealership just to be ignored by another one which I thought was more professional than this. And no, I didn't "follow up" because I came to them first, their job is to earn my business and I feel like I was just left hanging and unanswered, so they must think I'm a joke. Remember, first impressions are lasting. I will NOT be coming back.
