This place deserves 0 stars, and I’m sure the decent rating is from a long time ago. They’ve changed a lot. Don’t waste your time. My dog has been a member of this Banfield location for 13 years. For 13 years, I’ve subscribed to the monthly plan. However, I haven’t been able to get an appointment at all this year. I call, no one answers. I leave messages, no one calls me back. I go online, the online scheduler doesn’t work. I show up in person, they’re too busy to pull up the schedule and I need to call. I’ve had to pay out of pocket for my elderly dog to see other vets and get his shots elsewhere, because this location doesn’t seem to actually take customers. If you’re on the contract for Banfield Pet care and are looking to make this your home location, don’t bother and cancel ASAP. you can’t cancel mid-year, even if you haven’t been able to use the services. Waste of $1200

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
